Osaka Kansai airport to Osaka Itami airport transfer after 8PM

I will be arriving at Osaka KIX at 8PM and I need to transfer to Osaka ITM to catch a connecting flight. Is there a direct shuttle bus that will be running at this late hour?

A search through Google map with departing time set at 8:00 PM gives no direct bus between the two locations, but it gives a frequent connection using

• limousine bus until Umeda, then
• Takarazuka Main Line until Hotarugaike and from there
• monorail to Osaka ITM.

It takes a bit more than one and half hour.

Or you can use a taxi.

Mind that the limousine bus transit time might be affected by traffic.
