Live patch works excellently - it just shows a red ! mark on the Panel

Opening Live Patch does not show any error, so why is there a red "!" mark on the shield icon in the Panel? I am using Ubuntu 22.04. I just restarted, and there are no errors on apt/snap level. nor on dpkg. Is this normal?

Restart the computer, and the Live Patch shield icon in the notification area of the panel will change color from red to green and the ! will disappear.
