Horror movie (series?) with a story involving a refrigerator repair man and anot...

I watched this horror movie (series?) on an untitled DVD as a kid and can't find it.

From what I can remember, the first story follows this man at a bar. He's a refrigerator repair man praised for not finding a fridge he couldn't fix. He just went through a nasty divorce and offers this pretty college student a ride (can't remember if it was to her dorm or to her home), but he's drunk and angry at his ex-wife, so he ends up knocking the girl out, locking her in a fridge he had on the back of his truck, and dumping it in the lake. He's then haunted by the girl, seeing her in every fridge he is asked to work on (and the one at his house) and can hear her constantly begging to be "let out of here". It ends with him finding another beautiful girl at the bar and she invited him to her home, where it's revealed she is the dead girl he killed and he's trapped with her. The police find his dead body being held by her decomposing corpse.

The next story (hence my confusion on if it's a series or a movie) follows this newlywed couple who buy a painting of a lonely man looking at the ocean. The wife finds it beautiful but has a strange feeling that the picture was never finished, even though it looks finished. The man leaves (I think to go to the store or something mundane like that) and returns to see that his wife is missing. He calls a detective (who I remember being played by the man from the first story) who immediately thinks that the man killed his wife, because people don't disappear. The man later finds his wife in the painting. It's kinda a blur for me but eventually the man is called into the painting. It ends with the detective finding the couple in each other's arms in the painting, with the name of the portrait implying that the painting is finally finished.

I remember one last segment, but it's a lot fuzzier in my mind and I already wrote a lot. Anyone who can identify this for me will be proclaimed as a saint and a scholar and will have my eternal gratitude (I've been trying to find this freaking thing for 8 years at this point).
