제가 현재 어느 필리핀 마닐라 사립학교에 관심이있어 연락을 주고 받은 결과 저한테 처음에 입학처에서 우리가 너의 성적표 즉 f138을 보고 너의 입학 자격이 가능하고 학급배정이 가능한지 알려주겠다 이렇게 연락이와서 제가 현재 중간고사만 본 상태라 그거만 보냈더니 너무 내용이 부족하다는거에요 그래서 중학교 3학년 2학기 전체 성적표를 보내니까 너의 서류를 확인한결과 통과되었고 이제 필요한 모든 요건을 충족하는 서류만 제출하면 입학이 된다고 입학처에서 연락이 왔어요 이런 상태에서 제가 해야하는게 무엇인가요 제가 물어보고 싶은건 f137, f138 , 품행증명서(certificate of good moral character) 그리고  birth certificate 출생증명서이던데 여기서 f137은 제 상황에서 그냥 중학교 123 학년 전체 성적을 받으면 되는건가요? 그리고 현재 재학중이면서 저 성적표들을 받을수있나요? 그리고 f138은 저보고 중간고사만으로는 내용이 부족하다고 했는데 이런상태에서 중학교3학년 2학기꺼로 제출하면 되나요 마지막으로 품행증명서는 현재 고등학교에 신청하면 그냥 바로 받을수있는건가요? 확실하게 해야해서요 그리고 자퇴시기는 언제 잡아야하는지.Official PERMANENT RECORD / F137 / School Form (SF) 10 and one (1) authenticated photocopy* (except for Kindergarten students) ✓ with a remark “copy for FEU Roosevelt – Rodriguez Campus,” ✓ with the official grading system and its English translation, ✓ should bear the original signature of the Registrar and the school seal attested by the Ministry of Education in the applicant’s country. • Official REPORT CARD / F138 and one (1) authenticated photocopy* (except for Kindergarten students) ✓ should bear the original signature of the principal and the school seal attested by the Ministry of Education in the applicant’s country. • BIRTH CERTIFICATE (PSA Certified), ✓ This is a requirement for age validation and in securing the student’s Learners Reference Number (LRN). ✓ If this is not available currently, kindly submit; two (2) photocopies of authenticated* passport pages where name, photo, birthdate, and birthplace appear.
